For alarms:
ALM-999999998 - The license sales item usage reaches or exceeds the threshold 100% -
You have reached the limit set by the system to generate alarms, but you have not yet consumed more resources than you have available, but you will soon exceed this limit.
ALM-999999997 The license resource usage reaches or exceeds the threshold 100% -
You have exceeded the number of licenses you have on your NCE. For example, you have 11 resources and consumed 11.065. If the number of NEs connected to the system has reached the maximum value (1000) for the resource control item, new NEs cannot be connected.
To handle both of the above logs, I recommend contacting your local sales partner to purchase more licenses and expand capacity.
ALM-999999990 Annual software service fee has expired - This alarm is generated when the current date exceeds the software upgrade expiration date in the license file.
Impact on the System
If this alarm is not handled in a timely manner, the software support and maintenance will be affected.
Possible Causes
The annual software service fee of the license file has expired.
Check the software upgrade expiration date specified in the license file.
If yes, contact Huawei technical support to renew the subscription, and go to 2.
If no, contact Huawei technical support.
Open the System Settings app and choose from the main menu.
In the navigation pane, choose License Information.
On the License Information page, view the value of Software Upgrade Expired On, and check whether the current time has reached or exceeded the software upgrade expiration date specified in the license file.
Check whether the alarm is cleared.
If yes, no further action is required.
If no, collect the information about alarm handling and contact Huawei technical support.
