This post refers to the procedure of how to grant access to the agent client for a secondary dial in eSpace CC. Please see more on the topic below.
Issue Description
When calling out to an IVR, the Agent client in eSpace CC cannot find the keyboard to input digits after the IVR's prompt.
Firmware version: V200R003C31
Solution
In order to enhance access for a secondary dial of an Agent Client, in order to be able to input digits after the IVR is prompting, please perform the following steps:
1. Log in to Agent Management by the service administrator.

2. Go to Agent Settings > Agent Attribute Rights, click on the Modify button and grant the 'Two-stage dialing' feature as per below images:
