we have import wrong pakage file to NE ,,rotuer not started then how to remove the old package & import new file..?

Hi,

you can fix it by deleting the NE device from the virtualbox and reinject them

Remove the old NE40E images from the eNSP installation path(eNSP\plugin\ne\Database):

Remove the NE virtual machine from the Virtual Box
