Do you know how to get the ESN of the BMU?
This topic will tell you about it!!
Before obtaining the ECS license file, log in to the BMU to obtain the ESN. Then, log in to the ESDP to apply for the license file. The procedure for obtaining the ESN is as follows:
Log in to the BMU as the admin user.
The URL of the BMU management portal for the admin user is https://IP address of the BMU server:18443. The default password for logging in to the portal is Change_Me.
NOTE:
Currently, you can log in to the BMU portal using only Internet Explorer 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0 or 10.0.
The URL of the BMU self-service portal for common users is https://IP address of the BMU server:8443/portal.
Choose System > Maintain License.
View the ESN, and log in to the ESDP to apply for the license file.
You can apply for a license file based on the help information at the website or by referring to the eSpace ECS License Application Guide.
To download the eSpace ECS License Application Guide, log in to http://support.huawei.com/enterprise/, choose Downloads > UC&C > Unified Communications & Contact Center > IP Telephony > IP Telephony Applications > eSpace ECS, and download the document of the corresponding version.
Note:
Do not modify the license file. Otherwise, it becomes invalid.
