How to get telnet OLT from the extranet and how to add the OLT authority to the dedicated line IP?

Hello,
Considering the security, the management address of the OLT will be a private network address, and the external network cannot be accessed.
Unless there is a VPN from the internal network to the external network, the external network can be connected to the internal network through the VPN.
