How to get real-time snapshots by url in ip cameras ?

Have a good day!

Last year, around June, a customer required a way to get real-time snapshots by URL in IP cameras, a common function using ONVIF standard. We provided him the followed command: http://user:password@ip/Streaming/channels/1/picture

Nowadays, the customer reported that the command does not work more and we checked it with the model IPC6324-MIR. We assume that it may be due to a firmware upgrade.

Do the cameras still support this function?

If yes, is there a new way to get that snapshot by URL?

Please help me, thanks!
