Dear friend!
The NCE WebLCT V100R021C00CP2103 does not support the DC tool. The last supported DC tool is Network Cloud Engine WebLCT V100R019C00SPC602.

Download link: WebLCT.

To start the standalone DC tool, perform the following steps:

1. Follow the preceding steps to download the Web LCT.


2. Find WebLCT\weblct\dc in the decompression path and click startdc_StandAlone.bat to start the standalone DC.

3. Start the independent DC.

Does this mean we cannot use WebLCT V100R021C00CP2103 for NE upgrade? Can we copy the DCtoll from WebLCT V100R019C00SPC602 to CP2103?
