HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hello everyone!
I would like to ask! how to adjust U2000 date and time? We can't be real-time monitoring because alarm messages display the wrong date and time.

Hello, friend!

1. Open the Control Panel window and click Date and Time.

2. In the displayed dialog box, click the Date and Time tab and click Change Date and Time to set the current system date and time. Click OK. Click the Change Time Zone tab and select a time zone from the drop-down list. Click OK.

3. Click OK.

4. If the time zone is changed, restart the operating system for the modification to take effect. Restart the operating system as prompted.

Thanks!

Fault Symptom

Time is inconsistent between the U2000 server and client.
The alarm occurrence time displayed on the U2000 client is later than the actual alarm occurrence time.

Fault Analysis

Although the time mode of the U2000 client is set to Client time mode, the time zones configured on the U2000 client and server are inconsistent because of their different OS time zones.
Procedure

Ensure that the time mode of the U2000 client is set to Client time mode.

Choose File > Preference from the main menu.
In the Preference window, choose Time Mode from the navigation tree.

In the Time Mode window, check whether the time mode of the U2000 client is set to Client time mode.

Change the OS time zone of the client or server to make time zones consistent based on the actual situation. The Windows 2008 OS is used as an example to describe how to change the time zone of an OS.

On the desktop, choose Start > Control Panel. In the Control Panel, double-click Date and Time.
In the Date and Time Properties dialog box, click the Time Zone tab.
On the Time Zone tab, select a desired time zone from the drop-down list and click OK.

Note: Before performing any action, make sure to consult support team on board.

Hello, friend!

Restart the U2000 server to check whether the data is synchronized.

Are the client and server on the same computer? Whether to configure NTP?

You need to configure the NTP service so that the time of the NTP client is consistent with that of the NTP server.

Before the configuration, ensure that the NTP client and NTP server are consistent with the local standard date and time zone.

Configuration procedure:

1. Log in to the U2000 client.

2. On the U2000 client, choose to Deploy > Configure NTP. The Configure NTP dialog box is displayed.

3. Enter the IP address of the NTP server. Click OK.

4. Click OK.

Thanks!
