How to fix SMB share permission problem!

Hello,

First let me tell you about my setup. I have an external hard drive connected to Huawei b525 via usb, SMB share is activated so I can access my hard drive from my MacBook via wifi and my Apple tv connected to the router by cable.

This was working very well for couple if years now but last week out of nowhere when I try to copy files the share to delete files I get error that I don't have permissions! I tried to re set the user didn't work and disconnected the usb cable then connected it again, worked for five minutes then the same error again! All permissions are set to read/write, and still reading from the share via fuse on Apple tv! what should I do to fix that?
