Dear Dang,

If an interface module cannot be monitored, here are some possible causes:

  • The interface module is faulty.

  • The I2C is abnormal.

  • The interface module connector is faulty.

Please follow this procedure:

  1. Replace the interface module. If the alarm persists =>2.

  2. Collect related information and contact technical support engineers. https://e.huawei.com/en/service-hotline-query
