Background:
Currently, more and more PV power systems are being constructed. O&M personnel in distributed projects are sometimes not professional maintenance personnel or even owners themselves. During O&M, inverter logs are not sent after customers export inverter logs through the SUN2000 app. The following describes how to send exported inverter logs.
Inverter log sending:
Inverter logs exported from a mobile phone can be shared in either of the following ways: 1. Send the logs through email. 2. Send messages through communication software (such as WeChat and QQ).
1. Send logs by email: Open the SUN2000 app, touch... in the upper right corner, click File Management, select the exported inverter log file (named in the name of the inverter ESN and time), and click Share in the lower right corner. → Select the email app (such as NetEase Mailmaster and QQ Mailbox) that comes with your phone.

2. Send through communication software: Find the location of the log file and share it. On the File Management page of the SUN2000 app, check that the log file is stored in the inverterapp/inverterlog directory.
