TO CHECK AND CONFIRM THAT THE NTPIPC PARAMETER IS RUNNING ON THE OMU SERVER
1. Log in to the OMU Portal.
2. Navigate to Maintenance à Unified Configuration.
3. Click on VCN500 Lab 
on the left-hand side.
4) Module Name = SCU and Parameter Type = System Property
5. For the Parameter Name = NTPIPC, click on Edit on the far right side.
6. Change the value from “0” to “1” and click on Save.
7. After the above setting has been changed, we will need to restart the SCU service.
8. Navigate to System Management à Business Operation And Management.
9. Click on VCN500 Lab 
.
10. Restart the SCU service by clicking on the Restart button on the far right.
11. Check the Camera time setting. Time is synced to the NTP server, which is pointing to the OMU server.
12. Check and confirm the time on the Camera is correct and synced with the IVS client.
