This guide is available only for smartlogger 1000A that have the original firmware on it and it didn’t had any upgrade performed on firmware level.
If you have a different firmware than the original one you can use DHCP function.
In order to enable DHCP on smartlogger 1000A it will require to follow the next steps .

It will require to have an android device to use DHCP function and also to connect to smartlogger
Connect to fusion solar app and follow the next steps.
The next step after you connect to smartlogger is to upgrade the fimware , follow the next instructions for this.
To succeed the upgrade you will need to obtain the upgrade package from your supplier or Huawei engineers , save the firmware there after that insert the USB flash drive where the upgrade package is saved into the USB port on the SmartLogger.
After the upgrade is done wait 2 ,3 minutes until the smartlogger it will take the new firmware , after connect again to him with fusion solar app and follow the next instructions.
