how can we download recordings directly from VCN 520?

Please see the steps.

  1. Log in to the C/S client as the admin user and double-click Video.

  2. Click the Recording Download tab.

  3. Set video download parameters.

    1. In the Cameras panel, select a camera.

    2. In the Video Search panel, set search criteria and click Search.

    3. In the Search Result area, download recordings in either of the following way:

  • Select a camera and click Download in the upper right corner to download all recordings of the selected camera.

  • Drag the timeline to select a time segment and click Download that is displayed below to download the recording of the selected time segment.

Select a path to store the downloaded video and click OK.

The download progress is displayed in the Downloads area.

Recordings as I explained before stored on VCN520 and we need to retrieve those recordings directly from the device.
can you please explain more what C/S client I should log in to? is it same as IVS OMU portal or something else?
