Hello, @adya! The U1900 does not support direct download of the SIP user list. You can use the LMT tool to export the data. Please note, the exported file cannot be viewed directly and can only be used as a backup. Data can be restored after being imported to the U1900.

Hi bro O my gosh... and how to do it !?. Could you PLEASE !!! send me a little step by step menu how to download these users from LMT. I have this soft LMT, yesterday I got it, but I have never worked with LMT. ans my next question, why we can not download these users numbers from ippbx espace, it is so inconvinient for us, engineers, I think (((

Can you make it clear , if I download list of users, Can we see them as for example excell file? or not ? We are prepearing anual report for our CEO, and my supervisor boss is very angry that in huawei ippbx so minimum options which we see in other kind of IPPBX wgich works in our network ((( ...
