Hi guys,
I recently posted a problem with the Hiknow app. I couldn't used after I downloaded from Google play store.
This are the reasons:
- There is and old version in Google Play
- if you have Android 10, the app may not be compatible with your smartphone or tablet.
But the solution is
- Download the app from Huawei AppGallery and then, download the Hiknow app.
If you have others solutions, feel free to let me know in the comments

Hi, the link you shared with me didn't actually work but I hope that someone else could used it. I did download the app gallery and then downloaded the Hiknow app from it. Thanks for sharing those solutions, I really appreciated.
