This section describes how to download CDR logs to a local computer.

Prerequisites:

You have logged in to the eAPP management system of the BCC, MDC, MRS_C or MDC+MRS server and have the CDR File Output permission.

Context"

CDR logs are described as follows:

CDR logs are generated by BCC device nodes in .csv format in real time. CDR logs record detailed information of all calls in the system, including the call type, caller, callee, start time, end time, call result, and failure cause.

The CDR logs include:

o Real-time CDR log: A CDR log which is real-time updating. The real-time is saved in the same directory as the backup folder.

o History CDR log: When a CDR log reaches 3000 KB, it is automatically ended and backed up in to the backup directory as a history CDR log and another real-time CDR log is generated at the same time.

NOTE:

The real-time CDR log is automatically ended and backed up in to the backup directory as a history CDR log at the 23:30 of every days.

A system supports a maximum of 200 history CDR log files, and if the number exceed 200, the earliest CDR log files are deleted automatically.
