How to display the SN of lithium battery in SMU

Hello everyone, I will share a case here. Hope it is of help to you.

Issue Description

The lithium battery can’t display the SN in SMU

Handling Process

The root cause is the wrong setting of battery type. It needs to set to ESM-A (Battery type is ESM-A02 onsite)

The SMU02B software version of the ICC30 cabinet is V500R001C60SPC006. It cannot support the ESM-A battery type. You need to upgrade the SMU software to the new version of the SMU V500R002C00SPC010.

NOTE: ICC50 cabinet SMU02B software version is V500R002C00SPC008, it can support ESM-A battery type.

Root Cause
