Issue: when someone makes a call from PSTN to a long number in u19, the CDR will display the long number as the called number, but this is not what customer needs, customer needs the short number as the called number.
Solution: it needs to change the softarge 296 value to 1, then it can change the long number to the short number in the CDR. The command: configure softargu type 296 value 1.
