Dear friend!
1.  Ensure that you have the rights of the Maintainer group or higher.
2.  If the NE you want to delete has a connection relationship with other NEs, please delete the connection relationship on the network management side first.

3. If the NE cannot be deleted, you can change the NE to a preconfigured NE and then delete the NE.
Thank you!

Hello,
We found 2 solutions to delete offline NEs over NMS.
1. We can stop “SDH network Manager” service on NMS, and can easily delete offline NEs over NMS then again start the service. But it is not preferable ways as the networks is existing and live. (Don’t try)
2. solution found is “first un-configure offline NEs over NMS and then we can delete it.Steps Followed: “Configuration” --> “NE data configuration management” --> Select all offline NEs to right and then click on “Initialize NMS data”.
Thanks
