How to delete NE on Huawei NMS

Hello!

When the NE is not logged in, can we delete the network element, what are the specific steps?

Hello,

1. Ensure that you have the rights of the Maintainer group or higher.
2. If the NE you want to delete has a connection relationship with other NEs, please delete the connection relationship on the network management side first.

3. If the NE cannot be deleted, you can change the NE to a preconfigured NE and then delete the NE.

Hi there!

When the NE is not logged in, you can delete the NE on the NMS.


Procedure on the U2000

1. Delete a single NE.

a. Right-click an NE in the Main Topology and then choose Delete from the shortcut menu.

b. In the Confirm dialog box that is displayed, click Yes.

2. Delete NEs in batches

a. Choose Configuration > NE Configuration Data Management from the main menu. The NE Configuration Data Management window is displayed.

In the left-hand pane, select multiple NEs and click ->. The Configuration Data b. Management List pane displays the configuration data of all the selected NEs

c. Select the NEs to be deleted, right-click and choose Delete from the shortcut menu. The Confirm dialog box is displayed.

d.Click OK.


Procedure on the Web LCT

1. In the NE List, select the NE you want to delete, and click Delete NE.

2. Click OK.
