Hello there


How can I remove the user log and debug log on a router / ont Hg8346m?

Confirmed:


You can restore the device to factory settings to clear the device configuration.


However, ONT logs cannot be cleared even after the device is restored to factory settings. This is because device logs involve device security. Therefore, you need to analyze logs to locate device faults.
