Analysis of the alarms,we can find that the problem may be caused by a fault on the Control board in slot 78.
Perform a cold reset on the SCC board in slot 78. Normally, because the board in slot78 is on standby, a cold reset on the board does not affect services. To prevent accidents, it is suggested that performing the cold reset in the maintenance window.IfCOMMUN_FAIL alarms persist after the cold reset is performed on the board in slot 78, replace the SCC board in slot 78 (RFC is required). If alarms persist after the board in slot 78 is replaced, perform a cold reset on the SCC board in slot 70.
