Background

Scenario : How do query the Signaling IP address when only the uPortal server IP address or sysPortal server IP address is available on the on-premises or SP hosted model?

Method introduction & Solution

Perform the following steps:

On-premises or SP network

Log in to the uPortal server and query the OMU IP address on the sysPortal web page.

1. Log in to the uPortal as the admin user.

2. Click System Configuration. The sysPortal page is displayed.

3. Choose System Configuration > System Basic Information to view the IP address of the Signaling IP address, as shown in.
