How to customize the voice of the automatic switchboard

Hi, all!

This post is related to the issue that how to customize the voice of the automatic switchboard.

Please help me with the following.

When an external user dials the enterprise automatic switchboard, the system prompts "Please dial the extension number." I need to set this prompt to "Thanks for calling XXX (company). Please dial the extension number. To query numbers, please dial 0. To learn about the company's business, please dial 1. To leave a message, please dial 8. To listen to the announcement again, please dial 9. To return to the previous menu, please press the pound key."

What should I do?

You can load the voice files recorded by yourself to customize the automatic switchboard function. The system offers three production methods, you can choose one of them according to your needs.


l  Recording and loading a single voice file: using an IP phone to record


l  Recording and loading a single voice file: using dedicated recording software to record


l  Customizing and loading all system announcements
