Q: How to customize audio IVR?

A: Multilingual IVR announcements have been configured on the MCU before delivery. To provide voice announcements in a specific language, record the voice announcements, replace the original voice files with the customized ones.

You can select your desired Audio IVR Language under Conference > IVR of the CloudMCU web interface.

How do I record and import audio IVR?

1.    Customize IVR files.

a.     Use a recorder (for example, recording software provided by your computer) to record voice prompts and save them as voice files.

Name your recorded voice files the same as the IVR files listed.

b.    Place voice files in a directory as required and compress it into a ZIP package. You can name the package as you prefer.

The directory structure of the ZIP package must be the same as that of the original files. For example, the customized directory structure is ivr\Custom.

2.    Log in to the CloudMCU web interface and import the .zip package, as shown in Figure 1-1.

3.    Choose Maintenance > Restart on the CloudMCU web interface, and click Restart to restart the CloudMCU.The imported .zip package can be used only after the CloudMCU is restarted.

4.    After the restart, specify the imported IVR voice files as the system voice prompts, as shown in Figure 1-2.

Q: How to customize video IVR?

A: IVR video provided by the CloudMCU by default has the Huawei logo, which you can replace based on your actual needs.

How do I record and import video IVR?

1.    Customize a logo.

a.    Save the logo in different resolutions as four files. They are logo_1080P.png (width x height: 100 x 100), logo_4CIF.png (width x height: 40 x 40), logo_720P.png (width x height: 74 x 74), and logo_CIF.png (width x height: 30 x 30).

b.    Pack the four .png images into a .zip package. You can name the package as you prefer.

2.    Log in to the CloudMCU web interface and import the .zip package, as shown in .
