How to Convert Files to an ISO File and Mounting the ISO File to a VM

Hello, everyone!

Do you know how to convert files to an ISO file and mount the ISO file to a VM?

Please help me, thanks in advance!

Hello, friend!

1. Click here to download the software named FREE ISO Creator, and install it as instructed.

2. Click Add Files(s).

3. In the displayed dialog box, select the software to be compressed and click Open.

4. Click Save ISO as, select a path, and click Save and ConVert. In this case, the software has been converted into an ISO file.

5. Mount the obtained ISO file to the VM.

a. On Service OM, choose Services Resource Compute Resource.

b. Click VMs.

c. In the VM list, click the name of the VM created using the image.

d. Click Configuration.

e. At the bottom of the page, click Mount ISO.

  • If the ISO file mounting function is not available, upload the file by performing steps provided in Uploading a File to a VM.

  • If the ISO file mounting function is available, go to next step.

6. In the displayed dialog box, set Mounting Mode to Image File, select the ISO image file created earlier, and click Mount ISO. If message "ISO mounted successfully" is displayed, the ISO image file is mounted successfully. Then, click OK.
