Because of the DNS servers settings which doesn’t work always as it should, many customers from MEA and Australia(especially) manage to accidentally connect on EU5 (European) FusionSolar server.
In order to avoid this kind of issue (they confirm that they are connected but then they can't create PV plants due to the fact that devices are connected on European server), you may find attached the document which will guide you on how to connect SmartLogger1000A directly to FusionSolar SG5 server.
This server hosts the following countries: Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam, China Taiwan, China, H***, Africa, UAE, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain
