To create a VC12 on a WDM device, perform the following steps:

1. Create WDM client trails.

2. Create VC-4 server trails.

3. Create VC-12 services.

Different from the operation on MSTP, the step of creating a WDM trail is added.

OSN 1800 is multi services platform it can work as SDH , Packet , OTN station . that depends on
the boards that you have installed in it , so
First of all , you should define how you use the OSN1800 .

if the drop boards and line boards are all SDH for example SP3D and SLNO ,so the configuration is just the same as the MSTP .

otherwise the configuration will greatly differs.
