How to configure the storage share on HG630 V2 Highlighted

Hello, everyone. Today, I'd like to share with you that how to configure the storage share on HG630 V2

Step 1

In the navigation tree, choose Share > Storage Share > Service Settings. In the pane on the right, you can determine whether to enable the FTP, Click Save.

Step 2

In the navigation tree, choose Share > Storage Share > User Settings. In the pane on the right, click New USB user. In the dialog box that is displayed, you can configure the parameters to share the file of the DSL home gateway, Click Save.

Parameters related to the user settings

Username : Indicates the user name of the FTP server. This user name is required when another FTP client logs in to the FTP server.

Password : Indicates the password of the FTP server. This password is required when another FTP client logs in to the FTP server.

Confirm password : Confirms the password and ensures that it is the same as Password.

Directory mode : Indicates the directory mode.

Privilege : Indicates the privilege.

Enable account : Indicates whether to enable the account.

Step 3

In the navigation tree, choose Share > Storage Share > FTP Anonymous Users. In the pane on the right, you can configure the parameters related to the FTP anonymous users, Click Save.

You can also set multimedia sharing

In the navigation tree, choose Sharing > Multimedia Share > Multimedia Sharing. In the pane on the right, you can determine whether to enable the multimedia sharing, Click Save.
