Do you know how to configure the network address book in SMC and TE30/40?
Issue Description
You cannot configure the network address book in SMC and TE30 so SMC can push the address book towards SC and finally towards TE30 endpoint.
If you are receiving the following error attached this is the case that will resolve the issue:

The root cause of the issue is that the endpoints are working with high encryption and need to be secured for such use.
Therefore, the FTPS should always be Enabled when trying to pair the network address books between devices.

Solution
The first step is to configure the network address book as per the below steps as a reference (use you FTP server address):
Then access the web administrative interface of the TE40 and go to System Settings -> Network -> Network Address Book and configure like the below, changing just your server FTP address (default password is Change_Me):
After this step, go into Address Book > Address Book > Download Network Address Book as per below reference image:
