How to configure SNMP and SNMP Trap for E9000

For SNMP, You need to do the following steps: Step 1: SSH login to the E9000 device's SMM command terminal, account password is the account name and password of the HMM Web management page. Step 2: You should check the current state of SNMP V2C. By default, SNMP V2C is turned off, which needs to be turned on manually. Step 3: You should enable SNMP V2C. Setp 4: Configure SNMP V2C group name. As shown in the figure below, it is best not to use public when setting the group name, because there will be complexity requirements here.Of course, you can also set the complexity switch with the smmset-l smm-d snmpcommunitycomplex-v disable command.
Setp 5: You should test SNMP V2C to see if the configuration was successful. As can be seen from the following figure, Zabbix Server has been able to obtain the data of the knife cage device through SNMP V2C, indicating that there is no problem with SNMP configuration.
