Feature Usage
This scenario assumes that the ringing service has been enabled for user A, numbers of users B and C are configured as the sequential numbers of user A, and user D is another user.
- User D makes a call to user A.
- If user A does not answer the call within 20 seconds, user A's phone stops ringing, and user B's phone rings.
- If user B does not answer the call within 20 seconds, user B's phone stops ringing, and user C's phone rings.
- User C picks up the phone and talks with user D.
Feature Configuration
- Use an administrator account to log in to the web management system of a U1900 series unified gateway.
- On the or page, select the user number to be assigned the service permission and click Service Configuration.
- Enable the ringing service.
Before configuring the ringing service, enable the ringing service in U1900 V200R003C00SPC300 or higher version.
In the Simple service area, select Ringing to enable the ringing service.
After the ringing service is enabled:
- The administrator can configure the ringing service in the Complex service area.
- Users can configure the ringing service in the web self-service system.
- Configure the ringing service.
Here, take administrator operations as an example to describe the service configuration process.
- Under Complex service, click Configure next to Ringing.
- In the Configure Ringing dialog box that is displayed, select Simultaneous ringing, and set numbers, as shown in Figure 1.Figure 1 Configuring the simultaneous ringing service

- In the upper right corner of the web page, click
to save the configuration.
