Intrusion detection function is used to detect whether an object enters an important observation area for which behavior analysis rules have been configured. If an object enters the observation area, an alarm is generated. Surveillance personnel can view the video image and dispatch personnel to the site to handle the situation.the following is introducing how to configure intrusion detection function on camera.
Prerequisites
•A camera supports intelligent analysis.
•Global parameters have been configured and enabled.
Procedure
1.Choose Settings > Intelligent Analysis > Intelligent Alarms > Intrusion.
The Intrusion tab page is displayed.
2.Draw a detection area, as shown as below:
a.Use the PTZ control panel to rotate the PTZ device to a target position.
b.Click Draw and draw a detection area on the live video image.
c.Specify the detection area name and click Save.
3.Click Save.
The intrusion detection function is configured.
