- Log in to http://support.huawei.com/enterprise/, choose , and download the Fault Collection && Round Inspection Package.zip software package.
- Decompress Fault Collection && Round Inspection Package.zip on the local PC and obtain the Fault Collection && Round Inspection Package directory.
- Decompress IVS_FaultCollection.zip under IVS_FaultCollection.zip and obtain the collect.sh script.
- Upload the collect.sh script to the server.
- Go to the directory where the collect.sh script locates and run the chmod+x collect.sh command to grant the execute permission on the script.
- Run the ./collect.sh sys command to collect logs.
If the following information is displayed, logs are collected:
isNine is true Start to collect hacs information... Collect hacs information OK. Start to compress information file...Compress information file OK.
- Go to the system root directory and collect the generated IVS_INF_hacs*.zip package.
