This post will explain the process on how to collect the logs from M series IPC.
These would be the steps:
1. Click Maintenance. On the Maintenance tab page that is displayed, choose Log. The Log page is displayed, as shown in Figure 1.
2. Query the logs. Select the date, start time, end time, and log type on the left-hand side.
NOTE
After the Language has been set, only the newly generated log information is displayed in the configured language.
3. Click Query. The results are displayed at the bottom.
NOTE
To query the archived logs, use the One-Click Collection function to download more logs.
3. Download logs.
Click One-Click Collection and download the logs to a local PC. After the logs have been downloaded, you can view them via WordPad.
NOTE
1. The default name of the log file downloaded through One-Click Collection is sysinfo.tar.gz. If you want to change the file name, name it in the *.tar.gz format.
