How to collect the IVS Client log? Highlighted

Hi there, everyone!

This post relates to the procedure on how to collect the IVS Client log. Let's see below.

PROCEDURE

1. Right-click on the IVS Client software and select Properties.

2. Click on the 'Open file location' button.

3. Select the HW_IVS_Client directory.

4. Copy the log directory and send it to us for analysis.
