collect CNA log:
log in CNA by putty:
mkdir /home/GalaX8800/CNA_log
cp -r /var/log/SCNA01/23/ /home/GalaX8800/CNA_log
cp -r /var/log/SCNA02/24/ /home/GalaX8800/CNA_log
chomod -R 777 /home/GalaX8800/CNA_log

download log by WinSCP . the log path: /home/GalaX8800/CNA_log

collect VRM log:
mkdir /home/GalaX8800/VRM_log
cp -r /var/backuplog/galaxenginelog/20170523/ /home/GalaX8800/VRM_log/
cp -r /var/backuplog/galaxenginelog/20170524/ /home/GalaX8800/VRM_log/
chmod -R 777 /home/GalaX8800/VRM_log/

download log by WinSCP . the log path: /home/GalaX8800/VRM_log/
