how to collect the E9000 swithboard log ?

the E9000 server use many kinds switchboard, when the switchboard is bad, need to collect the log to analysis the root cause , but how to collect the switchboard log ? pls suggest

We configure global syslog system to collect logs , but we haven´t problems with E9000.
We use snmp to collect events in nagios -groundowrk system
