This post explains the procedure of how to collect the alarm information on eSight. Please see below.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
You need to view related alarm information by using eSight when a fault occurs.
PROCEDURE
To collect alarm information, perform the following steps:
1. Log in to eSight.
2. Choose Fault > Current Alarms from the Main menu.
3. In the displayed Current Alarms page, click the arrow before a target alarm to expand the alarm details.
4. In the Alarm Details area, view the alarm locating information, possible causes and repair suggestions.
