how to collect SBC user message trace logs

1. Choose Maintenance > SE1000 > User Message Trace.

2. Double-click UserInterface. (In the User Message Trace dialog box, check whether Log is available under Combination. If unavailable, press Ctrl+Shift+F12 and then double-click UserInterface. Go to 3 only when Log is available.)

3. Enter an IMPU in the IMPU text box.

4. Select a path for saving files.

5. Click OK.
