In this post, I would like to share with you how to collect MSuite logs.
Platform environment
Linux & Solaris
#cd /opt/oss/engr/engineering/tool/collectLogTool/
#./collectLog.sh
Windows
Go to the $OSS_ROOT\engr\engineering\tool\collectLogTool directory.
Double-clickcollectLog.bat.
Applicable scope
MSuite related problems:
- including logging in to the MSuite,
- changing the MSuite IP address,
- setting passwords,
- deploying and undeploying domains,
- backing up and restoring databases,
- initializing databases.
