How to collect IP trace log for SE1000
Hello, everyone. I want to share a SE1000 product case. How to collect IP trace log for SE1000.
Background
The logs extracted will help us troubleshoot and solve the external terminal access issues and many more functionality problems the SE1000 may encounter.
Method introduction & Solution
Please help collect the following log information to assist us in the analysis.
Step1.Oplen LMT tool and select Maintenance on the lower-left corner of LMT.

Step2.LMT top left corner,click “IP Message Trace”

Create IP trace,save to local, shown in the screenshot below,You need to pay attention:
Subrack No:”0”,Solt No”1”
IP1,input SBC configuration access-side IP “0.0.0.0”, netmasks is “0.0.0.0”
IP2, input “0.0.0.0”,netmasks “0.0.0.0”
IP dir select “BI-DIRECTIONAL “
select message type as required,UDP,TCP,ICMP
It need to select “Auto Save to File”

Step3.Download configuration to local
