This topic describes how to collect debug logs from espace IP phones 7910 and 7950.
Purpose
This guidance isto provide the proper steps in extracting the debug logs from espace IP phones7910 and 7950.
Procedural steps
Connect to the web interface of the IP phone with admincredentials.
Choose Advanced > Diagnostics.
At this point you have to check the Enable option from Diagnostics.
From the dropdown of Type option you must choose Debug.
Click Save.

Replicate the issue.
Exportthe logs:
On the same page as above, you just need to click Export to save the logs.
The file that will start to be downloaded has the following name.
phonelog.tar.gz
