The logs that can be obtained on eOMC include main control board logs, base board logs and RRU BRDLOG. The BRDLOG includes information such as user operations, exception logs, running logs and main control board black box information. Compared to BRDLOG on eNodeB, BRDLOG on eOMC is more easily obtained. The logs of multiple eNodeBs can be obtained simultaneously, so we suggest collecting logs on eOMC first. On the operation management client, click NE File Management.

On the NE File Management page, click Board. The following page is displayed. Perform the following steps as shown in Figure 2.
