Handing process:
Step 1. Use the user with administrator right to login operating system.
Step 2. Run the "stopnms.bat" file under installation directory of network management software, such as: "D: \ VSM \ server \ bin" directory, stop VSM server process.
Step 3. Make sure the network management system is closed.
1. Press "Ctrl" "Shift" and "Esc key together, and pop-up" Windows task manager "dialog box.
2. Click "process" tab, make sure the following process is stopped: “imapmrb.exe”、“imapwatchdog.exe”、“imapsysd.exe”、“imapeventmgr.exe”、“imap_sysmonitor.exe”、“ResourceMonitor.exe”、“imapsvcd.exe”、“EmfGnlDevDm.exe”and“imapPortTrunkSvc.exe”.
