How to clear the critical alarm of the TaiShan 2280 server?

Hello, guys！


How to clear the critical alarm of the TaiShan 2280 server?


After you log in to the BMC through the BMC, a critical alarm is generated because only one power supply is inserted.


How can I clear this alarm because it does not affect the usage? Tried to clear system events, but still displayed.

Hi, Freaks

The alarm cannot be cleared, you can try to do as follows to solve the problem:


1. Remove the power module that is not connected to the power cable.


2. Use a power cable to connect the other power module.

It is recommended to connect the power module to the power cable for redundancy backup. Otherwise, data may be lost due to device power-off.
