Please note that in order to clear the console password from the BootROM menu you will have to reboot the device.
After you have cleared the console password you will need to configure a new password after you log in to the device, if not configured you will need to reboot the device again in order clear the console password again.
Please follow the steps below:

1.Use a serial cable to connect a PC to the device and restart the device. When the message "Press CTRL+B to enter BIOS menu" is displayed, press Ctrl+B and enter the password (admin@huawei.com by default) to display the BIOS main menu.

The BootROM password may vary in different software versions. For example for AC6605/AC6005/ACU2 from software version V200R005 and above the BootROM password is admin@huawei.com

2.Clear the console password.Enter the number of the Clear password for console user option in the BIOS menu to clear the console password.Enter the number of the Boot with default mode option to start the system with the default mode.

3.After the device finishes the bootup you can login via console and change the password, the process is the same as in the guide "How to Change console password" from step 2 link: https://forum.huawei.com/enterprise/en/thread-476175.html

Doing the above procedure does not require any account telnet or ssh account, just connect by console, please read the steps again.
If bootrom password is not default and you dont have any telnet or ssh user and no console user or password that works, then you can try to recover using eSight.
