During service Creation on RTNs loop can be created resulting in shutting down of service VLAN to avoid broadcasting

Causes
1)same link facing to same node caryying same VLAN
2)Switch configured with same VLAN
3)Loop created on IF board
Suggestion
1)Check VLAN properly and avoid adding same vlan to avoid broad cast
2)IF loop created delete service and recreate it
3)if inter IF board loop occur reset the board
