Procedure •Office 20031.On the menu bar of Excel, choose Data > Import External Data > Import Data. The Select Data Source dialog box is displayed. 2.In the Select Data Source dialog box, select the CSV file. The Text Import Wizard - Step 1 of 3 dialog box is displayed. Then, select Delimited under Original data type, and select 936: Chinese Simplifed(GB2312) from the File origin drop-down list. Click Next. The Text Import Wizard - Step 2 of 3 dialog box is displayed.
3.Select Comma under Delimiters. Click Finish. The Import Data dialog box is displayed.
4.Click OK. The file will be normally displayed.

Click Next. The Text Import Wizard - Step 2 of 3 dialog box is displayed.
